The rear corner, kitted
Rear wheel bearing kits cover the rear axle corners: a wheel bearing or hub unit for the rear fitment, boxed with the other repair parts for the job. Rear corners carry no steering and, on front-wheel-drive cars, no drive torque, so the rear range leans more heavily to hub-unit formats than the front.
Why rear kits are a separate series
A rear kit is not a front kit with a different label. The fitments differ — different bearings, different units, different repair parts — and the catalogue ranges them separately under their own VKBA-format numbers. Ordering a rear corner from the front series is the standard kit error, and the axle statement on the inquiry prevents it.

Ordering rear kits
Quote the kit number where one exists; otherwise quote the application and say 'rear'. Where a vehicle was sold with both a bearing corner and a unit corner across its years, the year or the old unit's form settles which kit applies, and the inquiry desk will ask rather than guess.
Pairs and singles
Workshops often replace rear corners in pairs on high-age cars. Quantities on the inquiry are per kit; state if the quantity means pairs, so the line is priced the way the stock list counts it.
